Fuel Surcharge
A fuel surcharge will be added to each shipment. XPS will adjust the Fuel Surcharge Percentage once a month on the 1st. The fuel surcharge will be determined by comparing the current average Price per Gallon of Regular Unleaded (for services using smaller vehicles) or the average Price per Gallon of Diesel Fuel (for freight services) for Phoenix Proper and the Surcharge % using the chart below. The current average price is established using the AAA Fuel Gauge Report website. Highlighted below in yellow is the current percentage.
